Heavenly Scent Recipe for Potato Leek Soup

Michele Romano’s Heavenly scent recipe for potato leek soup is charged extreme flavor, loaded with health benefits yet quick and easy to make. Sound good? It is!!

Of course, potato leek soup is at its amazing best when the leeks are fresh from the garden and the potatoes are new and in season. My husband and I leave our leeks in the garden throughout the winter. We just cover them with the appropriate amount of leaves to keep them from freezing. We did the same with carrots and beets. It is the middle of March right now. You should taste the crunchy sweet carrots my husband dug up for me yesterday! It’s hard to believe how good they still are. I also had froze quite a few bags of leeks that I chopped up, put in ziploc bags and frooze last year. They still taste incredible! I use them is soups, stews and curry dishes.

This Heavenly scent recipe is bursting with flavor and creamy goodness. It takes mere minutes to make a pot, but also mere minutes to devour it! Lol.
