Italian Cookie Recipes

Quick and easy this Italian frosted cookie recipe is one of the best Italian cookie recipes I know!

Wait until your family tastes these delightful morsels, they will become a constant household request. I have to hide them from my husband Dan or they will be gone within the day!

By the way, I found this cookie recipe in an old Italian cookbook that belonged to my Dad. Back in the day, Italians generally had large families. I cut this amazing recipe in half and tweaked it to make them healthier. I call these babies the cupcake of cookies!

Note: Sprinkle toasted coconut on top for nutrition and a fancier look and taste!
