Harvest Time
From the end of June to mid October our garden supplies us with an endless selection of nourishing vegetables. Harvest time is when I really get creative with side dishes. My Dad always seems to be coming up with some delicious authentic Italian side dish (like Pigweed and Romano Beans) passed down from the Romano family generations.
